3SIXTY TERMS & CONDITIONS
We are confident that you will be pleased with your purchases from 3Sixty. However, there may be occasions when you will need to return items to us.
FREE RETURNS & EXCHANGES
3Sixty is committed to you being fully satisfied with your purchases. If for any reason you would like to return any unused products, please read the following information.
We Endeavour to make the returns process as quick and as efficient as possible.
Items must be returned within 28 days from date of purchase. During the Christmas period (14thNovember-24th December), this period is extended to 60 days.
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM FOR AN EXCHANGE OR REFUND
Re-package your item and attach the FREEPOST returns address label that was enclosed in your initial purchase.
You MUST enclose the receipt (or a copy) that was sent with your initial purchase & You MUST note on the receipt as to whether you require an Exchange or Refund!
Take the item to a Post Office, you can simply drop it at the parcel collection counter, no need to queue!
THAT'S IT!
As soon as we receive your item, we'll refund or exchange your purchase.
Items must be returned unused, in a re-saleable condition with all their tags and in the same packaging they arrived in.
If you require an exchange, please enclose details of any exchange information.
Please ensure all items are correctly packaged, we will NOT be held responsible for items damaged in transit that are being returned to us.
Please note: Although we offer FREE RETURNS, we will not be held liable for items that are lost and not delivered to us.

Items Damaged in Transit
If any items were damaged in transit, we ask that you report it to us within 7 days. If the package is visibly damaged or opened on receipt, you must sign the carriers’ delivery note accordingly. We will not be held liable for claims of damaged or missing items if the carriers note has not been signed accordingly.
Items should be returned in their original packaging complete with swing tags, all accessories and documentation. Once received back into our warehouse, we'll issue a replacement or full refund to you via your original payment method. Please contact us using this secure form to advise of a damaged item
Items Faulty on Arrival
If your items are faulty on arrival, you have 14 days in which to inform us of the fault. Items should be returned in their original packaging complete with all accessories, swing tags and documentation. Once we have verified the fault, we'll issue a replacement or full refund to you via your original payment method. We test returned items, and if a returned item is found not to be faulty, we will return the item to you, in this instance you will be liable for the return carriage.
Items Faulty in Warranty Period
If any of your purchases develop a fault, and it's more than 14 days since receipt, then provided your item is within its warranty period, you may be entitled to a warranty repair. In some cases, manufacturers provide a specialist full on-site service and/or telephone help facilities for your convenience, which we recommend you use in order to correct the fault very quickly.
Sale Items
Please note that our sale stock is sold with a 7 day exchange/refund policy only.
All exchanges will be shipped out via Royal Mail 2nd class, unless otherwise agreed with a customer service advisor.
Upon inspection of returned product, we will issue a full refund to the card used for the purchase less (if any) the original delivery charge.
Any used items will be denied a refund and returned to the customer at his/her expense. The postage & handling charge will be £9.95.
Warranty items are subject to inspection and generally only eligible for repair, or replacement
